⚡ Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Geology or Geological Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in gold exploration programs.
- Field Expertise: Skilled in gold geological mapping, trenching, and core/soil sampling activities.
- Drilling Supervision: Proven experience managing drill rigs, core logging, sampling protocols, and QA/QC drilling procedures.
- Technical Software:
- Proficient in MS Office & GIS applications (ArcGIS / QGIS).
- Experience with 3D Geological Modeling Software (Leapfrog, Micromine, or Surpac) is an advantage.
- Data Skills: Ability to compile, interpret, and synthesize structural and geological field data.
- Mobility: Full willingness to work in field-based environments and relocate to various project sites.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
1. Field Mapping & Sampling: Execute detailed surface geological mapping, trenching, and rock/soil sampling across target exploration zones.
2. Drilling Supervision: Oversee daily site drilling operations, rig placement, safety protocols, drill core logging, and QA/QC sampling compliance.
3. Data Synthesis: Integrate field mapping data with drill results using GIS and 3D modeling tools to refine mineralization targets.
