Job Responsibilities
As a Geotechnical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Designing deep foundation systems including piling and micro-piling solutions.
Developing shoring and earth retention systems such as retaining walls and secant piles.
Interpreting geotechnical investigation reports, borehole logs, and soil data specific to UAE conditions.
Performing geotechnical analysis using software such as Plaxis 2D, GeoStudio, and AllPile.
Providing technical support to construction and site teams during foundation installation works.
Ensuring compliance with UAE municipality standards and engineering design codes.
Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of geotechnical design experience.
Strong knowledge of piling, shoring systems, and deep foundation design.
Experience using geotechnical software including Plaxis 2D, GeoStudio, or AllPile.
Familiarity with UAE engineering regulations and construction standards.
Currently residing in the UAE.
