💼 Position Overview

The company is hiring a Geologist who will play a key role in supporting and leading geological work across multiple assets, including:

✔️ Producing fields
✔️ New developments
✔️ Business growth projects

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to high-impact technical decisions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

As a Geologist, you will:

🔹 Integrate well, geological, petrophysical & geophysical data
🔹 Build and update geological models (e.g., Petrel)
🔹 Evaluate subsurface risks, uncertainties & opportunities
🔹 Support well planning and drilling operations
🔹 Provide geological input for completions and execution
🔹 Perform quality control (QC) on geological data
🔹 Lead or support multi-disciplinary projects
🔹 Mentor junior geologists and contribute to team development
🔹 Participate in technical reviews and decision-making processes
🔹 Prepare reports, presentations, and investment cases

🎓 Qualifications Required

✅ Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Geology / Geoscience (mandatory)
⭐ MSc or PhD (preferred but not required)

🧠 Skills & Experience

✔️ Strong understanding of geoscience workflows
✔️ Experience in development & producing assets
✔️ Proficiency in Petrel or similar modeling software
✔️ Knowledge of well planning & drilling operations
✔️ Ability to handle uncertainty and risk analysis
✔️ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔️ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
✔️ Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
✔️ Fluent in English (written & spoken)
