As Falcon Group expands its operations, we are urgently seeking a Civil Engineer certified by Dubai Municipality (G+4) to oversee and manage multi-storey building projects in Dubai. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking technical team and playing a key role in ensuring high-quality construction while meeting all DM regulations.
This position is ideal for a licensed engineer who is passionate about civil and structural work, with a proven track record in site supervision, authority approvals, and structural design for G+4 buildings.
✅ Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage G+4 building construction projects

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) standards and UAE building codes

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors

Prepare, review, and approve technical drawings and designs

Handle site inspections, authority approvals, and project documentation

Ensure safety and quality control at all project stages
🎓 Requirements

Must be DM-approved for G+4 Engineering License

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Dubai or UAE

Strong knowledge of structural design, authority coordination, and construction regulations

Excellent communication, leadership, and site management skills
